DURRAT AL BAHRAIN ATOLL 5 SHOW VILLAS

The project consist of the construction of 211 affordable residential housing villas at Janusan with villas divided into four different styles and ranging from 3 and 4 bedrooms.
The project also consists of full infrastructure works including construction of six substations, underground water, electrical, telephone, sewer and storm water line networks, roads and landscaping work with street lighting.
MERBAD GARDEN VIEW @ JASRA

DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the construction of 43 high-end residential villas within a gated community for lease.

GATED COMMUNITY VILLA COMPOUND @ ZALLAQ

DESCRIPTION
The project consisted of the construction of 49 villas & town houses, for a total of builtup 26,000 SQM, plus 6,000 SQM for retail space and 2,000 SQM for club house.
In addition to carrying out all external work part of the gated community compound. The work is made up of 19,000 SQM paving, 3,000 sqm natural grass, 1,000 sqm ground
cover, planting medium and agricultural soil, 86 trees, and swimming pool, including all associated MEP and irrigation works.
